The Kenwood Guys - Disgusting service! NO refund done after waiting for 2 weeks! Repeated broken promises!promises by Ettiene, one of the owners.

I will NEVER recommend The Kenwood Guys to anybody after the repeated broken promises by Ettiene, who is one of the owners of this company. 😰 On 23 November 2024 I ordered a Kenwood Grain Mill attachment on their online store, which stated that they did have stock of this product. A few days later, after phoning them to find out why they hadn't dispatched the product yet, I was told that the product was out of stock. After repeated unkept promises by the company, I then cancelled my order and was promised by Ettiene , one of the owners, that they would do a refund the next day. I have now been waiting for for a refund for 2 weeks, and I have phoned the company almost every day since then to find out whether the refund has been done. But, in spite of being promised a refund EVERY time I phoned, NO refund has been done yet. I can sadly NOT recomment the Kenwood Guys to anybody.
