All a game it seems

To the lawyers out there perhaps you can help me, because I am lost. I used the Kenwood guys in Cape Town to service my Nespresso and Saeco coffee machines. Service fees was paid before they commence with the work, it is policy and I did that. It is supposed to take 7-10 working days for a service. After a month of struggling to get information and updates out of them, they finally returned the two machines. There was another amount for a part replaced on the nespresso which I also paid. When opened the machines to use them, the Saeco had three parts missing. Milk jug, power cable and a small tray. I contacted them immediately about it. This was 22/05/2025 in the interim the Nespresso started leaking again and had to go back. Apparently two of the three parts has been found and I have had no update as to when the Nespresso will be fixed today 03/06/2025. I owe them R1300 for a part replaced additionally on the Saeco that was xtra and not included in the service cost, an amount I have paid. I get the idea that they are keeping my property until I pay, but I am reluctant to do so as the service has been so bad, I cannot test the Saeco since they misplaced my power cable and finally the parts and machine they have in there possesion cost a lot more to replace than what I owe them. O yes and the owner who hardly comes back to you about your service took the time to phone me to take me on about the 1* review I left, a very valid review. It seems this is what he does. Of clients leave 1* reviews he takes them on about it instead of rectifying the issue. What are my rights?

A service was paid for and not delivered. Games are played now. I get answer back saying there is updates but not enough hands to answer me!!!!! This is not professional
