Mr Keen as he wants to be referred to as goes by the name of Collen Munkuli (Based in Germiston)

Don’t use this unprofessional person, chatted on Thursday evening , we arranged for a Friday morning appointment.

He pitched up Friday morning and we went and bought the parts to fix a leaking elbow for an outside toilet pipe.

When the job was finished there was still water dripping , excuses upon excuses.. the best 1 is.. the sun will dry the water….

He wanted extra money for fitting a flex hose in the toilet because he changed that as well, there was no leak before he came in the toilet and now there is another leak so I went and bought the parts and he was asking for more money, I told him no, that was your doing not mine, you charging me for something you broke and now fixed ??

To close off this issue , he says if you are not satisfied then don’t pay me SO I said thank you I’m not satisfied, he took his bag, I opened the gate and he left (All is on video footage with recordings available at any time)

The video footage captured is clear with me telling him that this has nothing to do with me not paying you, you have excuses upon excuses and you cannot give me an answer for this water that is still leaking after new parts were installed

Fast forward (please note that this happened on Friday morning) he is calling me on Sunday @11:00am asking me for money

I then called him and a few min into conversation he cuts the call

I pulled out camera footage and sent it to him regarding everything that transpired(both audio & video)

He wears a blue overall jacket with Mr Keen plumbing embroidered on there (seeming very professional)
