The K5 Group

I have worked for The K5 group I thought this is a awesome company ,opening with prayer meeting. Only to find that this is just to cover up. The K5 group deducts provident money from salaries, but the last payment to the provident fund was in November 2015. They deduct uif & paye ,but does not make the payments to sars. We have worked to the second week of February 2018 without being paid January salary (this without any notice of non payment) Working with the bank every day we could see money coming in and money going out to personal accounts of the director, payments to ghost workers have been made at the end of each month including January 2018. Then in prayer meeting we were told that "we are all in the same boat" after the director paid himself and the ghost workers. The end of the second week in February we went to department of labour only to found the company that was registered in 1983 as east rand industrial doors now known as The K5 group is not even register with department of labour for uif. The director paid a part of our salary, but refuse to pay the rest, He now says that we did not do our job and every thing is a "f...."up because of us. We were not the only people he did not want to pay. Previous technicians ,reps ect was also told their work was not up to standard after they resign due to verbal abuse at work They also never got their money.
