Booked my dogs for Summer Cut Shave, and the full doggy spa treatment just to get them back only washed, they were "too busy" but my dogs have been to other dog salons before, no problem. Owner not even involved in the dog treatments and accepts the "spa manager" s word above that of the customer even after sending photos. Will never send my fur babies there again, they do not even deserve the one star!!
