Buy Back

On the 20th of March 2017, I took act diamond ring worthR10000 there for a buy back. I was offered R5000 in about 30 days. It's now December 16th, I've been given the run around. I even asked for the ring back to cancel the deal. I was told it has been sold but where is my money then? My calls now being ignored.
