HORRIFIC SERVICE AN ABSOLUTE DISAPOINTMENT

Good day,

Saturday 5th November 2022 we hosted a bachelorette celebration at the Jagger Lounge in their VIP area. Prior to this I contacted the resturant/bar and a lovely lady by the name of Simone was kind enough to answer all my questions and give me the conditions of booking this area.

Please note this booking was made well in advance (2 months prior to the occasion)

On the night of the Bachelorette most of the staff were super friendly and the waiters were great. As it got later that night some of the ladies had to leave as they had to attend to their little babies and we even had a pregnant mom too.

Once these ladies left we were approached by a staff manager whom told us that he is the manager that he was going to give one of the two tables in the seperated VIP area we had booked away!!!! WOW OH WOW WAS A DUMB STRUCK!!! I then explained to this man that this was a bachelorette/ hen party celebration and that we had booked the area for the night and were given conditions thereof, and this man tells me but we are only a few left and that he needs space. I held my ground and he said he will give is 10 minutes and then come back, now I told him that my mind would not be changed.

He came back 2 minutes later then goes on to tell us that we can keep our area if we keep spending as the night continous... Now at this point we had already spent the above the minimum requirement for the night I said nothing to this man as he left with arrogance.

I have heard so many good things of this place which is why we chose this venue but WOW OH WOW!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTING! THIS MAN ENDED TERRIBLY IN-FRONT OF OUR GUESTS!!! Some of which we had not seen in such a long time! I LEFT THE JAGGER LOUNGE WITH A BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH! WHAT POOR PEOPLE SKILLS THAT WHICH FROM A SO CALLED MANAGER!
