Terrible Treatment

Terrible treatment on arrival, we arriaved yesterday Sunday 28th March knowing the restaurants opens at 12:00. We walked in at 12:15 and were asked what the time is and told, oh you can be seated only till two because we work on reservations only. We were not even asked where we'd like to sit. We walked in found a table and were told a waitress would come through to assist, coudnt stomoch anymore of the attitude and we decided to leave. We could have been approached in a better manner, the lady who was signing us in was totally rude. Customer service is everything and if thats how The Ivy treats patrons then it is dissappionting I will never think of setting foot there again. Very dissapointed.
