Blatant prejudice at The Ivy.

Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. I was supposed to be meeting friends (who booked a table for something like 20 people) looking forward to a good time. Upon arrival I was met by a terribly rude bouncer (who I will not mention by name) refusing to let me in because of my lack of "dinner jacket". I had a quick look around and pretty much al the patrons were sporting tank tops and slops. The only deduction I could make was because of my tattoos and I hope to goodness that, that wasn't the reason. If it were however the reason why this bouncer insisted on looking at me up and down and refusing me entry, this would have to go down as one of the most gross displays of patron prejudice. I find it disgusting and appalling to think that anyone should go through this kind of thing. needless to say, I would NOT be going back there nor would I recommend it to anyone. I left shortly after feeling that I really wasn't welcome and clearly my money wasn't any good there. Absolute ****e.
