Poor and unfriendly customer service

The check in was very unprofessional done due to the lady getting very personal by asking us our ages and making comments on it. I was placed in a unit outside where I was exposed to employee living on the same premises and had to wake up with children screaming from early morning. . Not to mention their friends visiting and being extremely noisy until I complained after day 3. The manageress ***le was extremely unfriendly and did not respond to my complaints. I was informed that she is off although I spoke to her the previous evening already it was quite a dissapointing experience. However the entertainment area/ view and the barman friendliness made up for some of it. The owner should address this issue as this type of customer service can destroy a business over time.I would have appreciated a unit on the premises. Huge lack of customer service and professionalism. I chose Island Vibes to have a chilled and laid back vacation.The unit and premises was clean and cozy. The check out was very cold. No greeting and the lady just indicated that I can leave the keys . No goodbye or thank you, come again etc as it should be. I suppose they were upset about my complained which I had every right to do.
