I delivered my washing to be washed and folded and did not receive this very expensive dress back. When I asked the person/ manager who took my washing about my dress, she said that it was impossible because the washing is kept together despite the fact that two weeks ago I returned two shirts in my wash that was not mine and today I find another woman's underwear in my wash. When I asked for the owners name and number she said that the owner was called Zita and that he number was ********** but a man answered.
