Lost laundry

Has anyone else lost items of clothing from the Ironing Lady Laundromat on 7th St in Linden? I am disgusted that after dropping off a load of laundry I noticed that 6 items of my clothing have simply 'dissapeared' with no apology, explanation or feedback from management whatsoever!<br> The extreme lack of customer service, not to mention blatant disregard for loyal customers has left me infuriated,frustrated and upset !!!
