Bad service and Rude lady

<p>I do not even want to give stars the way the service there is so horrific, I went there asking how much would it be to fix my shoes heels because they were finished, the lady there told me it'd be R55 and because it was like one heel on each shoe it'll be R110 for my 3pairs and I was cool with this amount, I brought inn my shoes and now she was like she charged me cheaply and she will send me a quote for the shoes , I haven't received any messages or call telling me the price of the shoes..the only call I got was that my shoes are ready and it will cost R285. this is a total ******* especially just to get my heels done! I asked her why did she go ahead without my permission and she couldn't give me an answer I asked her where is my quote she lies and says she called me and my phone number wasn't working lol so all in all I want my shoes to be undone and brought back!</p>
