what does being rude get you? A review on here

I have phoned the company to get more details, but the owner (as website says) is extremely rude. She basically gave me attitude for not giving her enough specs of how gates are made, which I explained i didn't have, which lead to her saying 'I cant help you then' and she put the phone down. I have never built, let alone designed a gate so the specifications that go into it, only a gate designer would know (why I phoned her company). If you can handle rude, obnoxious people that have no ethical mannerism when speaking to a potential customer, then you can easily use the company - Iron Banister.
