Rude

Came across the Iron Banister on instagram. We wanted them to remodel our kitchen. I left my email address in the comment section of 3 different posts on the Tuesday. They said they will contact me in response. No contact. I sent a DM eventually on Thursday morning (early) requesting more info AGAIN. She only responded the next day to tell me to mail the office with my request, which I did AGAIN (this was 9:30am)...still no response. When they posted promotional content on their page on Saturday I commented that I do embrace the slower process of handmade and artisan products, I still haven't received any info! She removed my comment immediately and responded that it is not office hours (wow!! I patiently waited days before I finally got angry!) I responded that we will not use them as I thought she was quite rude. I told my husband and he decided to contact them anyway. They responded swiftly, but she later phoned my husband refusing to do a quote because I was rude. Maybe she should have apologised about the poor and slow communication! Never have I ever encountered a businessowner so rude and snooty!
