Bad quality phone

TheIPhoneGuySA sold me a phone being well aware that the phone had problems. I sent the phone back for fixing after less than a month of having it with two concerns. The lady admitted to the phone being from a bad batch of phones yet still refused to assist with fixing the phone after their failed attempt at initially fixing it.

Lutendo is extremely rude. I sadly got the bitter end of this transaction.

I hope you receive better service and respect at that from this company. Utterly disappointed customer.
