Never trust this store with your money!!!!!

I placed an order on the 2nd Dec with this e-commerce store. The delivery period was stated as 2-4 weeks. I followed up on my order and was given the run around. I was even told to call the couriers Buffalo which I did and they knew nothing of my parcel. I was then told to call customs. For the life of me, I dont understand why I was not kept up to date with delays. I received extremely bad service from a so called manager Saya at this company. Its really shocking. It is now 6 weeks, I have requested a refund but no one is getting back to me. I just want my money back!!!!
