Wasting your time and money!!

<p>I am writing to you with disgust!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid my exam fees yestherday and I have paid my annual registration fees as well just to find out “I missed the cut off date”...</p> <p> </p> <p>How will the students know they missed it if no one has the desency of leting them know?? And now it will cost me R100 to get MY MONEY back??</p>
