terrible service and worse consultants EVER.

<p>My name is Pearl and I have been struggling to get my certificate and transcript from the ICB iv been calling them since August 2016 and its either I get a rude consultant no assistance at all, I wrote in May 2015 and haven't received anything from them, I keep getting useless consultants who cant seem to access anything from the system.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont know how they can function like this, we not only have to awaits National certificates from the fasset now from ICB as well while they promise to send certificates and transcripts before fasset so students can continue looking for jobs amd internships yet nothing has been said about this hold up. Completely unprofessional.</p>
