May Assessment Postponement

Hi there, I am supposed to be writing 3 assessments in May but I can only write one and will have to postpone the remaining 2 for another date. I was not able to pay on Friday 20 April because I just did not have the funds. I spoke to Renchia on Friday explaining my situation to her and she said I should book and phone Patsy on Monday. I spoke to Patsy and she rejected my request saying there is nothing she can do. I did make payment this morning (23/04/2018) . I cannot afford to pay R1300 AGAIN for assessments that were paid for - I really cannot afford to. I do understand that there was a cut off date but I just did not have the money to pay another R1300 that can be used to pay for my next qualification. Please help.
