ICB = empty promises!

I would not advice anyone to use the ICB!! I have been waiting for months and months.... And still no certificate. Only an email explaining that I'll only receive my certificate in a couple of months.

The ICB has really bad service and for some reason they never call back and almost never replies to emails.

I want my money and time back!! The only losers seems to be the students.
