certificate re-print

I emailed ICB requesting my certificate reprint, but they refused to re-print because of changes they have implemented. I don't understand why should the changes affect me and my qualifications.

I think this is pathetic as I am stuck, and can't produce a certificate for my qualification after all the hard work studying and paying them fees!! this is what I get in return.....
