Purchased barstools in 2022 (black friday). After constantly emailing and messaging the chairs were delivered months later. When I opened the packaging I could not believe what I saw, the workmanship was poor in fact I've never seen such poor quality products. The chairs were uneven and wobbled, nuts and bolts were missing the fabric was cheap and not fixed on properly. I requested a refund and for Inner Circle to pick up the junk they had delivered to me. It's now 5 months later and there is no response to emails or messages I'm just left with a pile of useless furniture collecting dust in my garage. These people need to be shut down because their website is misleading and deceiving. The staff are dishonest and make empty promises on the rare occasion that they communicate to the customer.

Such a disappointment buying from the Inner Circle Furniture. I try to support local businesses and its owners like these that leave us with a bad experience.
