Fly By Nights

Terrible customer service. I initially sent a watsapp to confirm that I would like to purchase 2 outfits only to be told it will take 4-5 weeks to be delivered. They then sent me a link to view what is in stock and ready to be shipped. I placed the order and paid in full on the website and confirmed via watsapp only to be told they are out of stock. I then asked for a refund to which they then said I will be refunded. Upon enquiry as I did not receive the refund on the promised date they said proof of payment will be sent once the refund has been made. The very next day I get a watsapp saying they have managed to source the outfit and if I still want it. I said okay and the order was shipped the very next day. Let me tell you their pics are totally deceiving it looks nothing like the pics on the website. This is false advertising. The outfit looked as though it had been quickly stitched in someone’s garage, it was dirty had marks all over, stitched so poorly and it was the incorrect size. These people are just fly by nights. I highly recommend that you avoid ever purchasing anything from them.
