Unattentiveness

Next week final exams are starting, yet no CASS marks have been released yet to advise whether I qualify or not, this is a problem amongst multiple students. Also, it's been weeks that I have been waiting on a remark for an assignment, Regardless of contacting the Tutor and logging multiple tickets with the Assist Team, no communication or progress is taking place. I feel no proper attention is given to worried students until a complaint is laid on this platform
