Rosebank College qualification cancellation in 2023

I had a great experience as a student at Rosebank college.

But today ,I called one of your people today at Rosebank College PTA. Firstly the lady was so rude, I asked for her name she refused. I called to enquire on the rumour of the qualifications from IIE Rosebank being irrelevant from January 2023. The lady was rude and gave me these numbers to call ***. The lady on this line was also not helpful, she sounded far from the line and hang up, I called again and I still could not hear her. The service was the worst only because I want to enquire if the money spent on my education did not go to waste. Please can I get assistance, thank you .
