My son is doing second year at Rosebank College - Braamfontein doing - IT. Last year 2022 I struggled to get an updated statement after all fees were paid up. They will call you to say your owing them this much yet their financial department systems doesn't reflect updated payment even if you send your POP. They will simply tell you that it doesn't reflect on them. Its not easy to get your financial issues sorted in this school. Last time they were on ETV promising to better their systems but still there are no changes . This year also its the same struggle. I've sent several emails to them but no response so far. What is surprising is that their portal talks about us owing around R80, 000 whereas we're owing nothing. My son got a bursary and I wonder whether we will able to get a refund . I'm worried that when graduation comes we will be victims of their low work ethic. Please advise what to do.
