Module not appearing and results

Rosebank has a poor service, I have been going to the campus since Jan regarding my results and Module not appearing on Stacy, and I registered the module and even wrote tests and exams, so even today I didn't get any help, I wrote Sup of MAKT but the results are not the one I got they went down, and my BMNG is not pulling on Stacy at all but on Rclearn is there, I have been asking them to help me even now, the worst part people who only went there to fix their issues last week are now registered and their things are fixed but me who went Jan even today nothing has changed, I can't register without them fixing my things I am avoiding that thing of repeating my modules that I passed, a 3rd year student who is frustrated about modules and results
