Issues with the online portal at Rosebank College.

I recently received an offer to study at Rosebank College, but I wasn't able to accept the offer before it expired. Can you please help me get a new offer, or find out if there's any way to extend the deadline? If there's no other way, can you please suggest some other private colleges that might be a good fit for me?
