INCOMPETENCE

I am a second-year online student, and as we are already in our third academic week, I still find that one of my modules has not been loaded onto my profile, causing me to miss lectures, not have access to study material, and unable to complete assigned tasks and assignments! After logging various tickets with VC Assist for the past three weeks, including making personal contact, my tickets are marked as resolved when it clearly has NOT!
