IIEMSA - Pathetic

My daughter attended IIEMSA for the last 4 years, before completing her last year she signed a document which shows that all her modules had been passed. After completing her 4th year she asked for her transcript which showed 1 module outstanding. We went to IIEMSA on the 5th January 2014 to sort it out, well we have been speaking and talking to 4 different people about this until it got to a time when I made an appointment to see the dean. This meeting happened at the beginning of March 2024 and was told that they would look into it and come back to me, the next thing all I got was an email to say that I need to log an appeal to the IIE Registrar with no explanation as to why. So again I tell the whole story to the 5th person 2 weeks ago and still waiting on some kind of response. I have paid thousands of rands to sent my daughter to IIEMSA and she is now going to miss graduation as nobody has the decency to sort this matter out.
