I need my documents, yesterday

I have been looping around trying to get my degree certificate sent to my Rosebank College campus and also trying to retrieve my Vega transcripts, surely you cannot expect me to have a vegaconnect email address when I finished studying in 2010? I get a message saying I should call you when I try requesting the Vega transcripts- this is because I have not inputted a vegaconnect email address. I have an application deadline to meet, how hard can be for you to send my degree certificate to Rosebank College Braamfontein and emailing me my Vega transcripts?
