Extremely Bad service

I contacted rosebank College today, which is the 11th of May at 15:36 and a very unpleasant lady answered the phone. I wantes to inquire about graduation for degree students because have not received any communication regarding the invitation. I kindly appeal to management to listen to the recording and asks themselves why do they hire such disrespectful people. I kept the call professional, and when I requested for her name and to be transferred to her manager, she hung up on me. Not only did I not receive assistance, but the employee hung up on me. Why? How do I obtain help at Rosebank? I called twice, and both times she was rude.
