Dilinquency at its best

for the past three weeks I have sent daily followups regarding one of my assignmemts as the final exams are approaching, communication was continiously delayed leaving me more anxious. I notified VC about my circumstances the moment I saw my results, logging multiple tickets and phone calls to resolve the problem. In all my communications I Clearly stipulated that I submitted the first assignment the college released and only a prior submission date did they upload a new version? whose fault is that?

after multiple phone conversations I spoke to a lady who assured me the problem was on their side and that she would escalate the matter to the relevant department. and that I Would be allowed to write the exam, due to my medical records I provided them.

after submitting the exam, I was notified that they have no evidence on their side approving my replacement assignment and that I would have to redo the module next year.

it is clear that they pay no attention to their students mental health as it is clear as daylight somebody passing with destinctions since day one and all of a sudden grades are deteriorating.

its clear that I will complete the rest of my exams but re registering next year WILL NOT HAPPEN. and I also encourage possible applicants to seek alternative education institutions before considdering IIE
