Customer service not so Rosy with Rosebank College/ IIE

I am really at my wits end with this institution ( Rosebank College in particular) , I have paid my debt and have done all that they have required of me, including submitting a degree certificate request via the Student Hub platform. If there is one thing they are consistent with, it is not giving clear answers and updates and seeming to be incapacitated to expedite my request ( one hand does not know what the other is doing), my deadline to register with another institution is this Wednesday. All I want is a notification to go fetch my degree from the Braamfontein campus, must I lobby the courts now? Nicole and Tryphina have been helpful and even went as far as sending me a digital copy of my degree, but I need the original copy in order to certify and register for my postgrad qualification- is that too much to ask for, after being loyal to this band for so long?
