Don't care about patients

I had to have an expensive procedure which dentist said wasn't covered by medical aid because they were in the dark ages<br> <br> Turns out medical aid would have paid but dentist couldn't be bothered to register the procedure<br> <br> Result is I have to pay out of my pocket. No apology or anything - they won't even answer emails
