Pathetic service!!!

Honestly so disappointed with them - I have been given clear instruction as to when the collection times are for my images taken. I arrived there having to take time off from work, driving an hour and using my fuel just to get there with no one in sight. I called, messaged, whats apped with no luck to just find out that they were closed due to other graduations taking place and that I can collect the following day or courier that will cost me R200.00 , I am absolutely disgusted and so disappointed with how they handle this, but who cares, we live in a world where my time and money means nothing to no one!!! Very very upset about this!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
