Image factor graduation photography is a ****!

My Graduation was in May this year. Payment was made upfront for my graduation pictures. I opted to have my pictures emailed through to me. I followed up and recieved an email from them enquiring if I had not recieved the communication on the delay. I eventually recieved my pictures on the 25th of August. I did not opt for the standard package but had opted and paid for additional pictures which were not received. I sent sent a follow up email and still no response recieved. The service is pathetic and I woukd not advise people to use thus company for such a prestigious moment. They are inefficient and take peoples money with out delivering on what you paid them for.
