A RUDE STAFF MEMBER

Yesterday I went to The Image Factor in Durban to collect my graduation photos for last year in September 2022 at UNISA. The attitude that I received from the India lady who work they, I am not sure what here name is. She asked who said you must come here to collect the photos I told her about the guys from on the graduation day told me so, she was so rude in such a way we have to exchange words in front of the staff. This is very bad for the company I am still angry due to her behavior.
