Poor delivery service
This is honestly unacceptable! We graduated on 12 May 2026 and were promised our graduation photos within 45 working days (excluding weekends), which put the expected delivery date around 14 July. It is now 9 August and I STILL have not received my photos. I followed up several times, and on 24 July I was told that the photos would be sent by the end of July. That deadline has also come and gone. What is even more frustrating is that graduates who graduated AFTER us have already received their photos, while our queries are being read and ignored without any proper explanation. We paid for a service and deserve better communication and professionalism. If you cannot fulfil the service within the promised timeframe, then at least communicate with your customers instead of ignoring them. Very disappointing experience with The Image Factor. 😡 Don’t bother booking them they just don’t care about their customers

Missing family photo
My graduation took place on 15 May, and because I wanted to have my makeup done and include my daughter in my graduation photos, I arranged to return to Image Factory on 16 May to take my professional and family photos. I attended the studio as agreed. On 16 July, Mkele emailed me only the three stage photos. The family photo with my daughter—the main reason I returned the following day—was missing. I immediately rep**** to the email to advise that I had not received the family photo, but I received no response. Since then, I have made several attempts to call and follow up, but my calls have not resulted in any resolution. I have repeatedly been told that someone would get back to me, yet no one has. I am deeply disappointed by the poor communication and lack of customer service. Graduation is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, and the family photo with my daughter is irreplaceable. It is unacceptable that after months of following up, I still have no answers or resolution. I sincerely hope Image Factory investigates what happened to my missing photo and resolves this matter without any further delays.

Paid in Full, Still No Grad photos.
I paid in full for my graduation photos on 5 May 2026, and it is now 6 July 2026, but I still have not received my images. The lack of communication and the long delay are very disappointing. Graduation photos are special memories, and I expected much better service. I hope The Image Factor resolves this matter as soon as possible.
