She was professional, courteous, and her advice was perfect. I ordered the cane, I expected the delivery to take longer than advertised, because I live outside of the usual mainstream areas - but the delivery was FAR quicker than I expected (and quicker than your stated time), and the cane has also exceeded my expectations.
