Booked into The Hydro at Stellenbosh after recommendation from Skin Dr in Irene Pretoria.

Advices on email that can’t eat gluten wear and diary - acknowledged from agent that she will informed staff.

On Friday emailed 3 times to confirm checking time - no response

Arrived - lady offered dinner - full of gluten and wheat. Supposed bored - offered same for breakfast. Terrible no relation to be found.

Paid upfront- Just to be billed twice for treatments.
