The hussar steak

I went to the Hussar yesterday and orderd their lunch special, rump steak and veggies. The steak was burnt and I told the waiter she took the steak to show the manager and he came to apologize and asked to make me another one. Since it was already late and I have lost my appetite I asked them to make it a take away. And when I got home and look at it, it was so dry just the steak and salt, no sauce or whatever just a dry piece of meat.

I'm so disappointed with service that I received.
