Bad service, food and no customer service feedback

On 25 March we celebrated a 50th birthday. Took 20 mins for the waiter to offer drinks. When the food eventually came I had to send back the pork belly cause it was cold. It came back so piping hot like it was over microwaved.The steak was so tough it was actually not good at all. Didn't complain because we had guest with us. Paid the bull just to find out later that the waiter added an extra R100 to the bill. Tried emailing them a few times now and not one single reply. Disguted in their service
