Appaling service overall

My partner and I went to Hussar Grill at Willowbridge on Thursday, 2 April for lunch. Being used to the high standards and excellent service and quality of the food that we are used to with Hussar Grill in Stellenbosch, we thought it was a good choice. From the moment we walked in it was terrible, we waited for 5 minutes to be seated (there were many open tables) with several waitresses walking past us without asking if we had been helped. We were eventually seated and my partner ordered a mojito. First of all the waitress had such an attitude, never smiled and brought a mojito filled what BLACK mint leaves. I called another waitress and said it is unacceptable and asked for another one. They brought one, but it also had some black mint leaves in. Our food looked like it was plated by a 3 year old who just threw it on a plate. My mushroom sauce was mushrooms floating in some very runny cream or milk. We complained when asked if everything was okay by another waitress. No manager in sight, no offering of bringing other food. The waitresses had the worst attitudes I have ever seen and their aprons were very dirty. Never again will I go to Willowbridge Hussar Grill.
