Bad customer service!

Very much disappointed at the level of ****** my boyfriend and I experienced in the establishment. We went in to have lunch but to our surprise not even 1 waiter came to assist us, we waited for a period of 20min waiting for assistance while yt people were first preference, even those that came in after us. I got disturbed by this and opted to leave the restaurant before being served.
