I had an incident on the 18th of December around past 10pm, I fell & slipped on my way to the rest room, the floor was very wet & the was no signage, no staff to warn us customers. The next morning as I was in pain I couldn't walk nor drive, I called the restaurant & I was asked to go to the Dr & come see them, I did that & my Dr told me to go to the hospital as I couldn't sit, my husband drove me to the restaurant 1st & I was told to use my money & they will submit to their insurance & I will be refunded. Till today I am fighting for my money with no help, they don't even show remorse as I am still trying to recover. Your intervention will be highly appreciated. I tried to be a good person but I see is not helping, the manager is Francois, then floor manager is Sharon
