Poor quality food

I booked a family dinner because it was a birthday celebration and I was shocked at the quality of the food that I received. The steaks were chewy, the sauce was cold and disgusting, the cappuccinos that we patiently waited for was so cold. I was so saddened that we chose this restaurant to celebrate my sister's birthday. This is definitely not a place you go to for a piece of steak that they supposedly say they have "top class steaks".
