Poor management style and arrogance

The reception was so damn pathetic. We made a booking for 7 @ 1400 so that we can can comply to any COVID regulations. The restuarant was full and we waited outside till 14H45 and we were let in by one of the waitrons only for drama to unfold from the manager NOAH, coming to shout at the waitress in front of us as patrons, that she should have not let us in because we exceed by 2 people. So we corrected his behaviour to say that he can't come and shout at his staff infront of us. He should take her aside and deal with her there, as he is making us feel unwelcomed.. Instead of conceding to our requesr he just flipped and acted like he is on PMS. Why are black non South African managers feel like they should prove a point by oppressing other black South Africans. Pathetic pathetic pathetic management style. He is so arrogant I wonder if the shareholders know of his tantrums and pathetic behavior. All we asked for was to be respected as patrons and that he deal with his staff so called transgerssion in private.
