Bad service | Poor Management Planning

I went for dinner yesterday at this place before a scheduled show. It was packed but only 2 waitresses serving. The management knew fairly well that there would be an influx of patrons on this night, let alone, the entire week. The food was delayed, wrong orders delivered and everything pathetic that came we that service. I have always enjoyed this joint but last night was really horrible.
